About us
TUTTO PRINT LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 12506789. Our registered office is at Tutto Print, 49 Palace Gardens, Enfield, England, EN2 6SN, which is also our shop.
Ordering
- Online orders: choose your options, quantity and delivery speed, upload your artwork and pay at checkout. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order by email.
- Quotes: work starts when you accept the quote. If a quote doesn’t say how long it is valid, please check with us before ordering: supplier prices and delivery times change.
- Same-day jobs are arranged by phone or email, and are confirmed once we have agreed the job, the timing and the price with you.
- We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, a price was shown in error, or artwork breaks these terms. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.
Prices and payment
- Prices online include VAT at the current rate unless stated otherwise. Some printed items are zero-rated for VAT.
- Online prices depend on the options, quantity and delivery speed you choose, and can change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- Delivery to UK addresses is included in online prices unless shown otherwise.
- Online orders are paid at checkout. For quotes, we’ll tell you what payment is needed when we confirm the job.
Your artwork
- You are responsible for the content of your artwork: spelling, wording, images, sizes, colours and layout. Please check it carefully, because we print the file you send.
- Files should be print-ready: PDF is best, with 3mm bleed and images at 300dpi. If your file isn’t suitable we’ll contact you, which can delay your order.
- Colours vary slightly between screens and printed materials, between paper types and between print runs.
- You confirm that you have the right to use everything in your artwork (logos, photos, fonts and text) and that it isn’t unlawful. We may refuse to print content we consider offensive or unlawful.
- If we design artwork for you, we’ll send it for you to check before printing. Once you approve it, you are responsible for any errors in it. We’ll agree what the design includes when we quote.
Delivery and collection
- Online products show estimated delivery dates for each delivery speed and the time to order by. Dates are estimates from when your order and artwork are confirmed, and delays can happen, for example with couriers or artwork problems.
- Online orders are delivered to UK addresses only.
- Collection orders can be collected from our Enfield shop during opening hours: Monday–Saturday 9:30am–6pm, Sunday 10am–4pm.
- Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem as soon as you can.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when an order may be cancelled, returned, replaced or refunded. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available here: Refund Policy.
- Printed products are made to your specification, so the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once production has started.
- If you need to cancel, call us on 020 4568 0796 as soon as possible and we’ll tell you whether production has started. If it hasn’t, we’ll cancel and refund you.
- This doesn’t affect your legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect orders
If your order is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered (for example the wrong size, material or quantity, or a printing defect), contact us with your order number and photos. We’ll reprint, repair or refund, as appropriate. We aren’t responsible for errors that were in the artwork you supplied or approved.
Our liability
- We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be excluded.
- For business customers, our total liability for an order is limited to the price of that order, and we aren’t liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
- For consumers, we’re responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
Privacy
We use your details to process your order and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK keep any mandatory protections of their local law.
