What we collect and why

When you order online

We collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, what you order, any artwork you upload and any notes you add.

We use this to process, produce and deliver your order and to deal with any questions about it (to perform our contract with you), and to keep accounting records (a legal obligation).

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

When you ask for a quote

We collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the details of your job, your deadline, your delivery postcode, and any artwork files or file links you send.

We use this to reply with a quote and to talk to you about your job (steps you have asked us to take before a contract).

  • Couriers, for items we deliver ourselves.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, such as our accountants, HMRC or the police, where this is required by law.
