Business stationery that matches your brand
Consistent stationery makes a small business look established. Letterheads, compliment slips, envelopes, notepads, presentation folders and NCR pads can all carry the same logo, colours and contact details.
What to think about
- Letterheads are normally A4. If you print on them in an office printer, choose an uncoated paper that takes toner and ink well.
- Envelopes: DL fits an A4 sheet folded in three; C5 takes A4 folded once.
- NCR pads make carbonless copies for invoices, receipts and job sheets. Decide how many parts (copies) you need and whether you want numbering.
- Presentation folders hold A4 documents; a business card slot is a useful extra.
Keep your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) so it stays sharp at every size.
